It is often said that lawyers are exploitative and unfair people. This office came to erase this stigma. The entire staff there is lovely, and they do their job faithfully. In my case, I dealt with Attorney Hussam Armali, and I must say that I have never met such an honest, decent, and goal-oriented person. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart 🙏
How To File Objection Building Plan Taba

Resisting a building plan or a zoning plan is a formal procedure that allows those who may be harmed by a plan to present claims before its approval. In order for the objection to be heard, one must identify the correct plan, meet the deadline and connect the alleged damage with planning and factual reasons.
The short answer
According to the Planning Administration, objections to the plan can be submitted within 60 days of the date of publication. In programs where the deadline has been extended, the period may be up to three months. A general rule should not be relied on only: the deposit notice and the date that appears in the system for the particular program should be checked.
The objections can be submitted throughThe Planning Administration's Online ServiceA breakdown of the arguments and facts should be attached, a lawyer's affidavit verifying the facts, and in the case of representation also a power of attorney and other documents by type of objection.
Objection to the plan is not objection to a permit request
A plan and a permit process are different procedures. Objection to a plan is directed to a planning document that offers designations, rights and instructions. Objection to a permit request may arise in certain tracks, for example when a relief or nonconforming use is sought, and its date and procedure is determined in the specific publication. Before submission one must verify which procedure is opposed.
Who may submit objections
Anyone who believes he may be harmed by the plan may submit an objection. It may be a nearby property owner, a rights holder in the area of the plan, a authority, a public body or a group of residents. The very act of sacrifice does not guarantee that the objection will be accepted; the violation and its connection to the provisions of the plan must be explained.
What to Check Before Serving
- Program number, deposit status and deadline for submitting objections.
- The program instructions, the sketch, the appendices and the existing planning situation.
- How the change affects the property or the interest sought to protect it.
- Which facts require an affidavit and which documents or opinions support the claim.
- Is there a targeted design alternative that can be sought instead of general opposition?
What claims may be relevant
Effective resistance is not satisfied that the plan is not desirable to the opponent. It can, as the case may be, engage in accordance with existing planning, traffic and parking, infrastructure, hazards, environment, landscape, height and construction, access to the property, damage to the possibility of use or implementation, and lack of balance between the planning benefit and the harm.
When a value decline is claimed, an appraisal examination is sometimes also required. The question of the objection to the plan and the question of compensation according toArticle 197They are related but not the same procedure, so it is important not to switch between them.
How to submit objections
- Locate the program in the planning information system and check the deadline.
- A document is formulated detailing the reasons, facts and remedies requested.
- Attach a lawyer's affidavit and relevant professional documents.
- Serve in the system and save the submission confirmation and reference number.
- Prepare to discuss objections and present the claims to the planning institution.
Common Mistakes
- Waiting for the last few days without checking what documents are required.
- Treat the permit request as if it were a plan, or vice versa.
- General claims without reference to instructions, a scratch or concrete injury.
- Adding unnecessary personal details to a document that will be made public.
- Focusing on anger or apprehension without offering correction or planning alternative.
What happens after the presentation
After checking the integrity of the resistance it is presented in the system, and later a summons is sent to the discussion. The planning institution may accept the objection, reject it, accept part of it or change the plan. The decision is sent with reasons, followed by a check to see if there is a proper follow-up procedure according to the type of plan and decision.
When to get advice?
It is worth checking early advice when the program has a material impact on building rights, access, asset use, value or business activity, and when planning or appraiser opinions are required.Planning and Building Lawand onResisting construction that harms neighbors.
The information is general only. The date, documents, and procedure are determined according to the specific plan and publication, so they must be reviewed before submission.

I contacted Karen just to figure out whether it was worth selling a piece of land we inherited or keeping it. She sat down with me and explained the whole picture – rights, taxation, what can be done in the future. She didn’t try to push in a certain direction, and that was the most important thing to me.
Karin Amsalem, a professional and thorough attorney of the highest level! Represented us in the process of selling a plot of land that we won in a tender. This is a complex process that includes registering lease rights in the Land Registry, payments to the Land Registry such as consent fees, refunding subsidies for housing and construction, as well as handling the appreciation tax, which includes many expenses. Karin managed the entire process with professionalism, accuracy and attention to detail, while fully protecting our interests as sellers. Throughout the entire process, we felt that we had someone to trust. Highly recommend her!
